Ferndale Adult Family Homes combines 24 hour certified care and support with comfortable and pleasant home-style living. At Ferndale Adult Family Homes, our residents are treated like family. Every aspect of our home is designed to make our residents feel comfortable and secure. 

Ferndale Adult Family Home is located in a quiet Renton Highland neighborhood, and close to the Renton Group Health Cooperative clinic and the Valley Medical Center, and less than two minutes from the Renton Highlands Fire Department. We are also close to Renton Highlands shopping centers and three minutes away from I-405.

Ferndale Adult Family Homes has been in business since 1998, and is owned and operated by Karen Austin, R.N. Ferndale Senior Family Homes is a Washington state licensed care facility with a reputation of excellence.
