Ferndale Adult family Homes employs experienced and certified nurses aids around the clock, seven days a week to insure that our residents receive prompt and professional care.

All employees undergo background checks and criminal record checks during the pre-employment screening process. We take no chances or shortcuts when it comes to the safety and well being of our residents. All of our staff receive ongoing training and continuing education during their employment with Ferndale Adult Family Homes.

All of our staff meet the following requirements:

A minimum of one year experience as a senior health and care provider

A clean employment record and no criminal record

Certified with Washington State as a health care provider

Current CPR and First-Aid certification
